Our mission
To build the next generation of purpose-built developer tooling to bend the curve on software quality and development velocity. We are starting with the problem of code review and quality control.
The role
We’re seeking a maker - someone with hardcore software engineering skills plus the pragmatism and autonomy to act as their own PM.
You’ll be responsible for the product across the stack, from infrastructure, to frontend, backend, documentation etc. You’ll define and own your own projects, interact with customers, communicate your progress, and see the gaps to proactively improve the product.
Our tech stack is a Typescript monorepo with React, Vite, Tanstack Router, on the Frontend and Hono, Drizzle, Postgres, on the backend. We are deployed to AWS Lambda and ECS using SST.

Know how to 80/20 effectively. Velocity is the result of making smart tradeoffs.
Love to push technical boundaries. You should be comfortable with full-stack Typescript, excited the push the boundaries of the web, and adaptable enough to to fork libraries or rewrite low-level primitives when required.

Location
We are based in San Francisco and work in-person every day from our office in South Park. We work from home on weekends.
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation: $180k - $250k, 1% - 3% equity
