About the role:

As a Growth Marketer, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth through the execution of creative, data-driven campaigns. This is a unique opportunity to own the end-to-end delivery of marketing programs that engage prospective customers, nurture leads, and accelerate sales pipeline generation. Your work will have a direct and measurable impact on Orb’s success, helping us scale effectively while staying true to our mission.

In this role you will:

  • Design, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns focused on lead generation and pipeline acceleration

  • Collaborate with the Sales and Product teams to align campaigns with customer needs, product features, and revenue goals

  • Experiment with new channels and tactics to identify effective strategies for customer acquisition

  • Measure and analyze campaign performance, making data-informed recommendations to improve outcomes

  • Develop creative assets and messaging that resonate with our target audience

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer journey from initial engagement to sales handoff

About you:

  • Experience: 3–5 years in a growth or marketing role, with a proven track record of delivering impactful campaigns in B2B SaaS

  • Skills: Strong foundation in campaign planning and execution across multiple channels, including digital advertising, email, and content

  • Data-Driven: Comfortable analyzing data to measure performance, optimize campaigns, and report on ROI

  • Creative: A knack for storytelling and creating engaging marketing materials that connect with technical and non-technical audiences alike

  • Collaborative: Skilled at working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment

  • Adaptable: Eager to experiment with new strategies and pivot quickly based on results
