We're a San Francisco & Montreal based applied AI startup that's building the future of work in the banking industry. We are tackling a $100 billion/yr problem, doubling every quarter and pushing the boundaries of what’s possible with multi-turn AI agentic systems.

Our goal is to tackle the type of automation problems that require long-context reasoning, tool orchestration across legacy systems, and strict compliance loops: the ones without known answers.

We’ve shipped real agents that handle real customer workflows in production. With a growing customer base and live deployments, we’re scaling up fast and looking for deeply technical builders who want to have outsized impact early.

We’re hiring an AI Systems Engineer to build the internal platforms and AI-powered workflows that power our Go-To-Market (GTM) and Customer Success (CS) teams. This is not a traditional product role. Your work directly impacts revenue, efficiency, and how the company scales.

Your mission is to

• Design and build internal tools used daily by Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing

• Develop AI-powered workflows (LLMs, agents, automation) that reduce manual work and improve decision-making

• Integrate across systems (CRM, support tools, data platforms, marketing tools)

• Rapidly prototype and ship solutions based on real user feedback

• Translate ambiguous business problems into scalable technical systems

• Partner closely with GTM and CS leaders to identify high-leverage opportunities

• Own systems end-to-end: from design → deployment → iteration

Who You Are

• 5+ years of software engineering experience

• Comfortable owning production systems end-to-end

• Strong builder mindset—you ship and iterate quickly

• Experience building internal tools, platforms, or automations

• Strong experience working with APIs and SaaS integrations

• Thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous startup environments

Bonus Points If

• Experience at early-stage or high-growth B2B SaaS startups

• Familiarity with RevOps / SalesOps / CSOps

• Experience with data pipelines, analytics, or experimentation

• Previous founding or early engineering team experience

Compensation Range: $175K - $225K
